a FRANKART ART DECO TABLE LAMP BASE.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A HOLE IN THE FRONT OF THE CASTING, "IF" YOU ARE GOING TO PAINT HER THEN NO PROBLEM.. CAN BE EASILY FILLED AND PAINTED OVER.. A near perfect casting sells for $245- or more!

A very hard to find lamp, this one is a later casting from the original mold, cast in the 1970's. The Frankart name and original 1920's year are in the casting base. From what we have been told less then 100 lamps were recast.

The casting has never been finished, It can be painted in either Black or Green as the original lamps were.

We have 1 photo1 of a finished lamp above.

One re-cast had been sold 10 years ago on ebay for over $800-! The original castings are selling between $7,000 to $10,000
