DC-3 Airplane Art Deco bookends in brass (pair)

These hard-to-find DC-3 McDonell Airplane bookends have great detail! They are aluminum alloy finished in antique brass, with heavy feltboard on the base. These are new old stock from an old factory in Brooklyn NY. They were stored in barrels and the patina shows some age. These were cast in the 1970s or 80s. Sold in pairs. Each measures 5-1/2" (14 cm) tall, 6-1/4" (16 cm) wide, and 4" (10 cm) deep. Made in the USA.
